Concsious Leadership Group

Conscious Leadership Group is a leadership development organization focused on helping individuals and teams build more conscious, connected, and effective ways of working. This project centered around evolving an established brand and rebuilding a large-scale digital ecosystem that could better support the organization’s growing content library, educational resources, and community initiatives. Working alongside the Illume Branding + Design team, I contributed to the refinement of the visual identity system, website design, scalable UI components, and supporting brand collateral. The challenge was balancing emotional warmth with institutional credibility while creating a cohesive experience across hundreds of pages, educational resources, event systems, and gated content experiences. The final system introduced a more refined typography palette, stronger visual hierarchy, flexible templates, and a scalable WordPress + Elementor build designed for long-term growth. Following launch, the site experienced significant traffic growth and high engagement metrics, helping reinforce the organization’s evolving digital presence.
